Ordering instructions
Supply of material
The easiest way to order your final thesis bindings is through the form in the end of the page. The thesis will be attached to the form.

The pages are in the correct order in the PDF.
Thesis material can also be sent to JAMKO office in Rajakatu Main Campus in paper form. However in this way the delivery time will be longer.
Delivery Time
The delivery is usually done in 3 – 5 WORKING DAYS. If the thesis is delivered in paper form the binding takes between 4 – 6 WORKING DAYS. JAMKO is not responsible for the delays caused by third parties.

Make sure you're your thesis is ready for binding before sending it! JAMKO is not responsible for the content of your thesis.

When you have placed an order we will confirm with an email that your work has arrived and the work is ready to be printed.
When the binding is done you will receive an email about it.
Color pages must be selected carefully
In the order form you are asked to carefully notify pages you want to have in the final binding in colors. The color pages are more expensive and not everyone wish to have all the color pages automatically with color.
The page number of color pages must be notified according to the PDF-file page number, not according to the thesis page number! Make sure to check the page numbers in your PDF-readers bottom left part.
Page number 1 (one), which is the COVER of the thesis, must be selected as color printing, if it is the desire of the orderer. JAMKO is not responsible for the mistakes of the orderer.
Additional information
In the “additional information” –field of the order form it is possible to give specific instructions for the binding of different thesis versions.
Different versions
If your thesis is supposed to be in different versions, all the versions should have its own order form filled and this information has to be in the “additional information” –field.
Delivery
When the binding is done, the thesis can be acquired from the JAMKO office, Rajakatu 35 room FP23.
We can also mail the thesis to the orderer. Please take into consideration the postage fee: 8.50€ in Finland and 15€ to abroad per shipping address.
Paying*
The binding can be paid either with cash or card (Debit, Credit, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard).
The bill can be sent only to the order. Extra billing 7€.
