The hired staff supports the board with the operative work of JAMKO. At the moment there are four employees: Executive Director, Tutor and Sports Secretary, Student Secretary and Commumications Secretary. You can find them at the JAMKO office in the Rajakatu Main Campus (room: FP23) during the office hours.
Executive Director
Minna Koivisto
The Executive Director is responsible for organizing and running the daily financial and administrative issues of JAMKO and JOPO (Jyväskyläs Students Services Ltd). The Executive Director is also responsible for development tasks and acts as the supervisor for the other staff members.

Student Secretary
Paula Sulkunen
The Student Secretary advices the students with membership and student card issues. She guides and advices students and maintains the membership register. The tasks of the student secretary also include the sale of final thesis book binding, photocopies and events' tickets.

Tutor and Sports Secretary
Minna Saastamoinen
The Tutor and Sports Secretary is responsible for organising and coordinating JAMKO's tutoring and sports services. She is develops the sports services and peer tutoring activities in the whole JAMK University of Applied Sciences. The Tutor and Sports Secretary is responsible for the study modules and their content of the elective student tutoring and international student tutoring.

Communications and Trusteeship Secretary
Reeta Toivanen
Communications Secretary plans, develops and implements marketing and communications of the Student Union JAMKO as well as JOPO. This includes developing strategic marketing, creating marketing materials, informing customers and other interest groups, as well as supporting internal communications. Communications Secretary also mentors the work of graphic designer trainee.

Sports Secretary
Henna Törmänen
Sports secretary plans, develops and implements Jyväskylä’s higher education sports services. Sports secretary is responsible for ensuring that everything works in the sports services. In addition, sports secretary guides and advises students about sports services. The secretary works both at the university and JAMK UAS.
