Finland's The early voting in Finland’s presidential election starts on Wednesday 11.1., and ends on Tuesday 17.1. To be entitled to vote you must be a Finnish citizen and at least 18-years-old. You must prove your identity before voting. If a second round is organised in the presidential election, this will take place on Sunday 5.2.2012.
