TryOut Tuesday, Aerial yoga

In the darkness of the end of the year, are you looking for a boost to your everyday life and a moment to calm down? Come and relax with aerial yoga! In this class you will learn the basic techniques of aerial yoga and how to use a aerial yoga fabric. The movements and positions in aerial yoga gently stretch and open the body’s nodes, strengthening the body holistically while calming the mind. The class starts at 20:00 and lasts for one hour. The door to the class opens about 15min in advance.

JAMKO is organising TryOut Tuesday, a new event concept, for students to try out new sports and activities with a lower threshold.

PRICE: for JAMKO member 5€, non-member 10€. The ticket sales start on the 2nd of December at 10am.
