Where the student union represents all students of the Jamk University of Applied Sciences, study field student associations represent students of a defined field of study. In every unit of the Jamk University of Applied Sciences, a study field student association works to support the interests of that unit’s students, to organize services for its members, and to create and uphold student culture. Study field student associations participate in the student union’s trusteeship actions through JAMKO’s teams and different events. The associations do not offer the official student card.
