Academic Sports’ Summer schedule is published!
Academic Sports’ summer offers 16 group fitness classes and 11 ball game sessions.
Academic sports summer 2.5.-16.6. and 1.8.-25.8.
The classes are at the University of Jyväskylä. The places of the outdoor classes will be found from the class descriptions from our webpage (www.academicsports.fi).
You can participate in the activities with an academic year 2016-2017 sports sticker or a group fitness and ball games sticker 2017. If you don’t have a sticker, you can buy a summer sticker, which is valid until the end of August 2017.
SPORTS STICKER FEES IN SUMMER 2017
- A combination sticker (group fitness, ball games and gyms) 30€
- A group fitness and ball games 20€
- A gym sticker (Kortepohja and Monitoimitalo gyms) 15€
You can buy the sports sticker from the University online store at www.korkeakoululiikunta.fi/fi/liikuntatarramaksu and pick it up from the JAMKO office (students), INFOpoint at Rajakatu (staff members) or the University shop Soppi (students and staff members). You may pay online using a credit card, a Finnish online bank or a PayPal account.
KKL RUNNING CLUB AND THE EXERCISE DAY OF YOUR DREAMS
Academic Sports’ launches a running club called KKL Running Club. The club is lead by the active students who love to run. The club will meet once a week and run together. Anyone can join to the running clubs’ events! Further information about the running times are coming soon so follow our webpage and us in Facebook (Jyväskylän korkeakoululiikunta).
The national Exercise Day of Your Dreams is on 10 of May. The Day will start with an awakening morning strength stretching at the lawn located in front of the main campus of JAMK at 9-9.30. Additionally you have a free access to all Academic Sports’ classes during the day!
