The most direct route to the office from the Main Entrance. From the entrance, go through the glass doors on the right and go downstrairs with the elevator or stairs. Go through through the glass doors on the left from the elevator. Continue at the end of the corridor.

Member service
JAMKO Office can be reached by phone on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 3pm. If we are unable to answer your call immediately, we will call you back as soon as possible.

Office opening hours
Tuesday and Wednesday from 11am to 2pm
If you need to visit the office outside the office opening hours, the appointment application could be a solution 🙂
From Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm, outside of normal office opening hours members can come to the office by appointment. You can reserve an appointment through Setmore-application, the link is below.
Office opening exceptions
Office is closed from 20th to 21st of November due to SAMOK’s Staff days.
Office closes for Christmas on 16th of December and opens up again on 7th of January, 2025.

Main Campus, Rajakatu 35, D-wing’s basement, room DK25. The most direct route to the gym from the outside is through door D13.
Please note, that the gym is not accessible. The only route to the gym is via stairs.

Sat 2nd of November Gym is closed, as the campuses are closed.
Fri 6th of December Gym is closed, as the campuses are closed.
Sat 7th of December Gym is closed, as the campuses are closed.
Week 51 Gym is exceptionally open from 8am to 3pm.
From 21st of December to 6th of January Gym is closed as the campuses are closed.
From 7th to 10th of January Gym is exceptionally open from 8am to 3pm.
Sat 11th of January Gym is closed, as the campuses are closed.
