EU Xperience – a new career in the EU!
Would you like to do an internship or work in the EU? Or would you perhaps want to start your own business and you are looking for startup funding? Would you like to make a difference through policy making? If you answered yes to any of those it is your lucky day! The European Parliament’s Liaison Office in Finland, JAMKO, JYY and European Youth are co-organising a career and entrepreneurship evening where you can hear different speeches about opportunities, whether you are interested in starting a business, working in the EU or looking for start-up funding or a traineeship. The event will include a speech by former Member of the European Parliament Mauri Pekkarinen on advocacy work in the EU. As part of the event, you will also have small group discussions with speakers on topics that interest you most.
The speakers of the evening include former Member of the European Parliament Mauri Pekkarinen, Jouni Hynynen, Growth and Internationalisation Coordinator of the Central Finland ELY Centre Team Finland, and Timo Huhtala, Chairman of the Board of Karoo Oy, a local startup.
The program will be published closer to the event!
The event is meant for you, whether you are a student, jobseeker or already in working life. No previous knowledge or experience is required! We will offer snacks at the event.
The language of the event is English.
