JAMKOBum!

JAMKO’s new event – JAMKOBum! – will blow your mind in upcoming spring at Freetime!

Welcome to try out the brand new event concept of JAMKO, which is a playful music quiz where it doesn’t matter if you can’t sing like a bird or stay in tune! In this competition, the most important thing is to find out which song we are looking for based on the clues.

Arrive to the event with a team of 2-4 people, and participate in the elimination where four teams with the fastest wits will compete in the actual quiz. Every team gets a member of the “fun-team” to compete with them. Then they will open a box one team at a time, revealing a word that is sung in a song. At this point the team should sing a song, which includes this word. Even if the song isn’t exactly the song that will appear in the boxes, the team still can continue with their turn and open a new box. Points are scored by guessing songs correctly!

This show doesn’t leave anyone cold-hearted: when a song is guessed right, the crowd can be asked a question. When answered correctly, you can win a prize and help your team of choice gather points! As the competition continues, there can be other chances to help a friend’s team and win some prizes too.

The winning team will get an absolutely fabulous prize, and the other teams won’t be going home empty-handed either!

JAMKOBum! will be held once a month at Freetime from 19:30-22:00. The themes of the nights will be divided to Finnish hits and International hits. At the Finnish night we’ll test if the competitors know the words to the best Finnish hits. At the International night we’ll check the same thing on the worlds biggest hits!
