Freshmen party brings color to main campus and changes to parking

JAMKO organises a Freshmen Party for new students on Thursday 14.9. on the main campus. The idea of the event is to break down the boundaries between fields of study, introduce students to their new city of study and initiate them into the student community. In addition to first-year students, tutors participate in the event. The theme of the event is games, so during the day you can spot familiar characters from video games, game boards or even ball courts on campus.

The student union JAMKO encourages new students to act responsibly and agree on possible reimbursable classes with teachers. JAMKO’s Safer Space principles apply at the event, and new students are not pushed, bullied or forced into anything involuntarily. Read more about what the event is about.

The parking area of the F wing will be out of its usual use from Wednesday 13.9. at 6 pm until Thursday 14.9. at 7 pm. On the day of the event, preparations will start already in the morning, but the official start will be at 14:00, when you can also get acquainted with the partners’ stands. The first departure is at 15:00. The area will be cleared by 6 p.m.
