From words into action! – Give feedback during Grumble Weeks!

Student Union JAMKO’s annual feedback concept Grumble Weeks is held Feb 18th – 31st, during which students can give feedback about JAMK UAS with an electronic survey. The theme “From words into action” encourages students to act for their own well-being and better education by giving feedback. At the same time Student union urges UAS to make the actions made based on the feedback more visible.

Student Union encourages students to give feedback about the quality of education, student’s well-being and trusteeship, because it is the most effective way to make a difference. The answers can’t be traced back to an individual student, so the feedback is given anonymously.

The staff member of the year and Instagram contest

For the first time students can nominate the Employee of the Year, who is a positive example and has made a difference in student matters and acted vigorously to improve students’ education and well-being. The aim is to give thanks, highlight good methods and foremost give good feedback for a job well done.

Grumble weeks extend to social media. Post a picture of yourself “grumbling” or something that works well in your studies or something that needs more attention on your Instagram account. Use the hastags #wordsintoaction #grumble and tag @studentunionjamko. One of the participants will win a gift card to  restaurant Revolution.
